By an order dated 24.08.2012 this Court had directed the respondents to file affidavit-in-reply.
Mr.Patel, learned advocate for the petitioners, has rightly pointed out that the question which has been raised in the present petition is that the order of the revision dated 11.11.2011, which is impugned in the present petition, was filed before the Gujarat Revenue Tribunal in the year 2010 challenging order dated 12.01.2004, without explaining delay of about six years.
As a last chance matter is adjourned to file the affidavit-in-reply, particularly dealing with the aspect of delay. S.O. to 14.12.2012.
