The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the encroachments made over plots nos. 204 and 205, which were gaon sabha properties, were not being removed by the State Authorities.
Learned Standing Counsel submitted that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the encroachment made over the Gaon Sabha land, he may take recourse to the filing of an application/case under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that if the petitioner files a case under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a period of 15 days from today, then the same shall, after hearing all the parties concerned, be decided within a period of 90 days thereafter, if there is no legal impediment.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
