Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
This is the fouth bail application of the applicant. The first two bail applications of the applicant were rejected by Hon. Karuna Nand Bajpayee, J, as His Lordship was then vide orders dated 1.3.2017 and 17.5.2018 respectively passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 6387 of 2017 and 13805 of 2019. The third bail application of the applicant was rejected by Hon. Sudhir Agarwal as His Lordship was then by his order dated 20.12.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 39030 of 2018.
Learned counsel for the applicant has failed to make out any new ground for enlarging the applicant on bail at this stage hence, the fourth bail application of the applicant is rejected at this stage.
