(Criminal Misc. Time Extension Application No.2 of 2021) Present application has been filed with request to allow some some further time to the petitioners to deposit the money before the Mediation Centre in pursuance of the order dated 22.11.2021.
In view of the avernments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the application is allowed and two weeks' further time is allowed to the petitioners to deposit Rs.30,000/- before the Mediation Centre.
