Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.
With the consent of the parties the writ petition is disposed of.
The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that a suit being Case No. 248/461 of 2010 (Arvind vs. State) filed under Section 29(4) of the Land Revenue Act Mauza Teekapur, Pargana and Tehsil Nizamabad, District Azamgarh be directed to be decided expeditiously.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 (Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Nizamabad, District Azamgarh) to decide the Case No. 248/461 of 2010 (Arvind vs. State) filed under Section 29(4) of the Land Revenue Act Mauza Teekapur, Pargana and Tehsil Nizamabad, District Azamgarh, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.
