Sri T.N. Tiwari, learned counsel for applicants and Sri Divyanshu Tripathi for the respondents submits that parties have entered into a compromise on 19.2.2020 in Case No. 1293 of 2014 arising out of Case Crime No. 70 of 2014, under section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, police station - Rohaniya, District - Varanasi. The compromise is duly verified by the Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Varanasi vide order dated 19.7.2021 and in view of such compromise, nothing survives for adjudication in the present case. Therefore the application be allowed.
Nobody is appearing to oppose the factum of such compromise.
In terms of the verification of the compromise, proceedings of in Case No. 1293 of 2014 arising out of Case Crime No. 70 of 2014, under section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, police station - Rohaniya, District - Varanasi. are hereby quashed. In above terms, petition is disposed off.
