JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the bahnoi of the deceased and he resides in another district and the cause of death is hanging, which is suicidal and the deceased has committed suicide because she was ailing for a long time. The case of the applicant is distinguishable from the case of the husband Brajesh.
Learned A.G.A. opposed the prayer for bail and argued that the applicant had brought back the girl, the deceased from her maika.
Having heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, let the applicant Dinesh involved in Case Crime No. 454 of 2009, under sections 304B, 498A I.P.C. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Bhogaon, district Mainpuri, be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
