JUDGMENT / ORDER

As per the Office Note dated 17.04.2012, the Office has verified the papers of First Appeal No.3041 of 1996 and of First Appeal No.2091 of 1995 and found that records of lower Court as well as records of both the matters, are same. Two appeals, challenging the same judgment cannot be entertained. Therefore, First Appeal No.3041 of 1996 is disposed of as First Appeal No.2091 of 1995 is filed prior in time.
It is open for learned advocate Mr.H.M.Prachchhak to file his appearance in First Appeal No.2091 of 1995. First Appeal No.2091 of 1995 to come-up on 01.05.2012.
