JUDGMENT / ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed under Section 482, paying to call for the records in P.R.C.No.50 of 2008 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Madurai and quash the same.
2.No representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that the Judicial Magistrate committed the case to the Court of Sessions and the case has been taken on file as S.C.No.370 of 2010 and in Mahila Court, Madurai, trial has been completed and the case is now posted for argument.
4.Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
