Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Pawan Kumar Srivastava for respondent no. 1 and Sri Udit Chandra has appeared for respondent no. 6.
The petitioner has filed this petition for a direction to release 35% subsidy in respect of the loan under the Prime Minister Employment General Programme 2015- 16.
On behalf of Sri Rajiv Sharma, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 3 copies of the letters dated 29.3.2016 and 13/14.8.2018 have been passed over to the Court wherein it has been stated that the petitioner is not entitled to any subsidy or margin money as his unit was an old unit and not a new one.
In view of the aforesaid order, the petitioner has to challenge the said rejection orders as well to succeed in getting any direction as prayed for in the writ petition.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition on the consent of the petitioner stands dismissed as withdrawn at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation challenging the above orders/letters.
