1. Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel on behalf of respondents 2 to 5.
2. The only relief sought for in the present writ petition is that respondent had not released due amount under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna-Gramin (PMAY-G) launched by Central Government though petitioner fulfilled the criteria of the scheme.
3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submitted, after receiving instructions, that said amount was released but by mistake the amount was released in favour of some other person with same name that of petitioner. Now action has been taken and the amount due to petitioner will be released in his account within three weeks.
4. Copy of instructions received by learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel is placed on record for our perusal and it shall form part of writ petition.
5. In view of stand taken by learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to respondent authorities to release amount due to petitioner under the above scheme in his account within three weeks.
