Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioners, four in number, are working as Seasonal Collection Amin. By the instant writ petition, petitioners seek the following relief:
"A. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to respondent no. 3 to make regularization of the petitioners on the post of Collection Amin as per G.O. dated 30.10.2017."
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the third respondent shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioners.
In view thereof, without entering into the merit of the case, the writ petition is being finally disposed of with a direction that petitioners shall approach the third respondent by making representation along with the copy of the writ petition within two weeks from date. In the event, such representation is filed, it is expected that the third respondent, District Magistrate, Varanasi, shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioners by a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, expeditiously within the next ten weeks, thereafter.
