Heard the counsel for the petitioner.
The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a writ of mandamus directing the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/District Judge, District Fatehpur to decide Misc. Case No. 84/74 of 2019 pending in the court of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/District Judge, District Fatehpur.
Without entering into the merits of the case, the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/District Judge, District Fatehpur is directed to decide the aforesaid case within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid case.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
