1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Petitioners claim to have filed an application claiming payment of arrears of wages on 30.12.2016 which has been registered as P.W. Case No. 1 of 2017 and it is stated to be pending before the respondent no.2- Deputy Labour Commissioner, Ghaziabad.
3. Without entering into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2- Deputy Labour Commissioner, Ghaziabad to decide the petitioners' application, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order by a reasoned and speaking order after affording due opportunity of hearing to all necessary parties.
