In compliance of the earlier order of this Court, learned AGA Sri Yogeshwar Rai has informed the Court that the police after investigation has submitted final report in the present case.
In view of the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as such.
The petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum.
