Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead the other applicants as respondents in the writ petition.
Proceedings for the correction of map under Section 28 of Land Revenue Act are pending since 21.10.2008. The contention of the petitioner is that only dates are being fixed and no substantial order is being passed in the proceedings.
It is, therefore, being directed that the application being Suit No.513 of 2008 (Computer Case No.201814360002879) (Triloki Nath and others Vs. Gaon Sabha) U/s 28 Land Revenue Act, be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
