Heard Sri Sunil Kumar for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the Executive Engineer (respondent-3) to decide the representation of the petitioner, relating to payment of his post retiral dues, including pension.
It has been stated that the petitioner retired from the post of Worker on 31.3.2017, but his post retiral dues, including pension has not been paid till today. The petitioner has moved a representation in this respect, which is pending.
The writ petition is disposed of directing Executive Engineer (respondent-3) to decide the representation of the petitioner for payment of post retiral dues, including pension, by a reasoned and speaking order, within two months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before him.
