Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
For about four months i.e on 8.3.2018, the respondents were directed to do the needful as far as fair price shop fair price shop of Gram Sabha Koth, District Ballia is concerned as right now also the consumers are facing a lot of difficulties.
The proceedings which have started before four months pursuant to the order dated 13.3.2018 should be completed on or before 30.9.2018 not later than that.
The State has no objection if the said direction is given as it is in the interest of the consumer that the proceedings conclude for any reasons.
If the State is not able to conclude the proceeding, it may approach the Court showing difficulty. If the proceeding does not complete within the stipulated time, the petitioner will have the right to revive this petition.
In view of the above, this petition is partly allowed at the state of admission.
