By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed that pursuant to an alleged assurance given by the State Authorities that one member of the family will be given a government employment, the father of the petitioner no.2, gifted his land for construction of the Community Health Centre, Manikpur.
The petitioner has relied upon the Annexure-2 to the writ petition, which is an unsigned document and a typed copy of the photostat copy of the document, which is not readable at all. It is not borne out from the writ petition that the said gift deed made by the father of the petitioner no.2 in favour of the State was a conditional gift deed. No other provision has been shown in this case under which an order can be passed that in lieu of the gift deed of land, one government job will be given at least to one member of the family.
It is further to be noted that the alleged gift deed is of the year 1982 and the writ petition has now been filed in 2018. That apart without there being any provisions for giving government employment on making a gift deed, no direction can be issued.
The writ petition is misconceived and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
