Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed against the order of interim maintenance passed in Case No.664 of 2015, under Section 125 Cr.P.C. No interference is called with the order.
However, this application is disposed with a direction to the Court below to conclude the entire proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
