JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri Vinod Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner says that the order passed in the writ petition has challenged in an special appeal.
Stay vacation along with the counter-affidavit has been filed, as such this order has became binding on the petitioner.
Sri Lalit Shukla, Addl. Chief standing counsel says that the State government has directed to conduct the inquiry into the affairs of the petition. He further says that the counter-affidavit is likely to be filed in this regard.
Let counter-affidavit be filed within two weeks. Rejoinder-affidavit may be filed within a week thereafter.
