Heard the counsel for the petitioner.
The present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 26.9.2019 passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal rejecting the application filed by the petitioner to be released from the proceedings in the claim petition.
No final award has yet been passed against the petitioner and the impugned order is an interlocutory order.
In view of the aforesaid, it is not a fit case for interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
The writ petition is dismissed.
