This writ petition is of the year 2006.
From perusal of the record, it appears that the present writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
However, I grant liberty to the petitioner to move the Court with an appropriate application in the event of cause of action survives.
