Petitioner's claim for reimbursement against medical bills of his wife appears to be pending before the respondent Corporation since 2015. It is submitted that despite expiry of sufficient time no decision has been taken in the matter, and hence, petitioner is before this Court.
Sri Pranjal Mehrotra, appearing for the respondents states that an appropriate decision would be taken by the authority competent, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to represent his grievance before respondent no.2, annexing all relevant materials in support of his claim, alongwith a copy of this order, within three weeks from today. Such claim of the petitioner would be got enquired into and an appropriate order would be passed, in accordance with law, within a further period of three months, thereafter. In case any amount is found due and payable to petitioner, the same shall be released within a further period of four weeks, thereafter.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of computerized copy of this order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall act accordingly without waiting for submission of the certified copy of this order.
