It is the grievance of the petitioner that for his regularization as a typist, he has made a representation to the respondent no.2 on 29.2.2016 and again on 19.3.2016 to consider his case for regularization in terms of the Government Order dated 24.3.2016. No heed has been paid to the said representation.
The petitioner being an Ad-hoc employee, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending by issuing notice to the respondent no.2 Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed off without entering into the merits of the controversy with the direction to the respondent no.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner as mentioned in his representation and pass appropriate reasoned and speaking order thereon within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
