The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Court No.2, Allahabad to decide the Divorce Petition No.1752 of 2019 (Dinesh Kumar Singh Vs. Rita Devi) within stipulated period.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to the private respondents.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the court below to consider and decide the matter on its turn without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties if there is no legal impediment.
