Sri Anil Kumar Pandey, learned Standing Counsel submits that as per the instructions obtained by him, the claim of the petitioner has been considered and his representation has been disposed of on 25.08.2019 itself.
It is further submitted that the other petitioners in the writ petition had also moved contempt application no. 86058 of 2018 which has also been decided on 05.02.2019.
In view of the above, the contempt application is consigned to record with liberty to the petitioner to seek such remedy as may be available in law if still any grievance is left.
