Heard Sri Rajesh Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri K.R. Singh, learned standing counsel for the respondents.
The petitioners, who are 15 in number, submit that in consonance with the Government Order dated 02.12.2000 they are entitled for one additional increment after clubbing the service period while they undergone training.
Such grievance of the petitioners can be very well be looked into, examined and redressed by the authority concerned.
This writ petition is disposed of with a direction that if the petitioners raise their individual claims through their representations before the competent authority within 15 days from today along with a certified copy of this order, then the said authority shall consider and decide those representations within a further period of three months in accordance with law.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merits.
