Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the applications of the petitioner dated 22.7.2020 (Annexure-5 to the writ petition) for correcting the revenue entries with regard to Khasra No. 72Ta and 72 Tha which was wrongly read and entered as Khasra No. 72Ka within the time as specified by this Court.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3, the Additional Collector (Finance & Revenue), Gautaum Budh Nagar to decide the aforesaid application of the petitioner, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months, provided there is no other legal impediment and provided that the functioning of the Court is not affected due to COVID-19 Pandemic.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, present petition is finally disposed of.
