We have heard learned Standing Counsel and perused the impugned judgment.
This special appeal has been filed by appellant, Dinesh Kumar Pandey, against judgment and order dated 07.10.2009 passed by learned Single Judge of this Court in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 18612 of 1992.
The aforesaid writ petition was filed by petitioner-appellant challenging the order dated 11.05.1992 and for issuing a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to allow the petitioner to work with Sri Moti Lal, IV Additional Munsif Magistrate, Ballia or attach him with any other of the rank of Additional District Judge, and not to stop the petitioner from working pursuant to the impugned judgment.
The learned Single Judge dismissed the writ petition holding that he did not find any illegality in the order impugned before him and having gone through the impugned judgment, we do not find that the learned Single Judge committed any error or illegality in dismissing the writ petition.
The impugned order in our opinion is based upon relevant considerations and supported by cogent reasons and hence, requires no interference.
The appeal is dismissed.
