Grievance of the petitioner is that the application for interim relief filed in the Revision on 29.4.2019 and the Revision itself which was filed challenging the order dated 18.4.2019 were not being decided and, therefore, a prayer for a direction has been made that the Revision and the application for interim relief be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid Revision and the accompanying application.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the application for interim relief filed in the Revision 29.4.2019 be decided within a period of two weeks from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the Revision also be decided within a period of three months, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
