Heard Sri Ashutosh Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The only relief pressed in this petition is that P.A. Case No.60 of 2014 (Dinesh Kumar Jain and others v. Sri Roopa) pending in the court of Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) (Court No.6) Agra, may be directed to be decided within a time bound period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of providing that the concerned court below shall decide the aforesaid P. A. Case in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably, within six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
With the aforesaid observations, the petition is disposed of.
