JUDGMENT / ORDER

This is an application for recall of the order dated 15.10.2015.
As sufficient cause has been shown for absence of Counsel for the petitioner on the date fixed, the instant application is allowed and the writ petition is restored to its original number. Counsel for the petitioner has voluntarily offered to pay Rs. 500/- for purchase of Books for the Library of Oudh Bar Association.
Writ petition be listed before the appropriate Bench in the next month.
