Sri Shamim Ahmed, learned A.G.A. has submitted that although the present case has been filed by the applicant, Dinesh Kumar Dixit, who is the brother-in-law (Jeth) of the opposite party no. 2 only, by the interim order passed by this Court on 3.12.2013 in this case, the proceedings of the entire case have been stayed. He has made a prayer that the interim order granted by this Court dated 3.12.2013 may be modified so as to extend its benefit only to the applicant, Dinesh Kumar Dixit.
The prayer made by the learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 appears to be in innocuous.
Interim order granted by this Court dated 3.12.2013 is modified to the extent that it shall be applicable only to the applicant, Dinesh Kumar Dixit. The case shall proceed against the other co-accused.
