The case is taken up through Video Conferencing.
Learned counsel for petitioner undertakes that he shall remove the defects pointed out by the Registry within a period of ten days of the withdrawal of lock-down restrictions.
Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State-respondents.
The petitioner who is Constable in district Bijnor, has been transferred to Prayagraj zone by the impugned order dated 29.04.2021 contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the district Bijnor is still under the lock-down conditions and thus petitioner faces difficulties in complying with the order.
Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before the O.P. No.2, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Establishment/Karmik, Headquarter Director General of Police, U.P., Lucknow within two weeks from today annexing therewith a printout copy of this order. The O.P. No.2 shall consider and decide the said representation within six weeks from the date a printout copy of this order is placed before him. Till disposal of aforesaid representation, the transfer order against the petitioner shall remain in abeyance.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of.
