The petition is directed against the order of detention and initiation of proceedings for penalty. The goods have been released pursuant to the interim order of this Court.
In view of the above, Sri Shubham Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has lost all its efficacy.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge any consequential order before the appropriate forum.
