High Court Of Judicature at Allahabad|26 April, 2018
|

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 34
Case :- WRIT - A No. - 23653 of 2013 Petitioner :- Dinesh Chandra And Anr.
Respondent :- U.O.I. And 3 Ors.
Counsel for Petitioner :- Ashok Khare,Rohit Upadhyaya Counsel for Respondent :- A.S.G.I.,Manish Goyal,R.C.Shukla
Hon'ble Sudhir Agarwal,J. Hon'ble Ifaqat Ali Khan,J.
1. Called in revise. None appeared to press this writ petition. In the circumstances, we ourselves have perused the record.
2. By means of present writ petition, petitioners have sought following reliefs:
"(i) A writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the orders dated 07.02.2013 and 13.02.2013 issued by the Zonal Manager, Life Insurance Corporation of India, Kanpur (Annexure 9A & 9B to the writ petition).
(ii) A writ, order or direction of a suitable nature commanding the respondents not to interfere in the working of the petitioners as Development Officer under them and to pay regular monthly salary on their respective post."
3. We ourselves have gone through the pleadings, grounds as also reliefs sought and find that petitioners are not able to make out a case so as to justify interference of this Court by granting reliefs as prayed for.
4. Moreover, it appears that either the cause of action no more survives or the petitioners have lost interest in this matter or it has otherwise become infructuous and, probably for this reason, none is interested to have decided this matter on merits and that is why, counsel for petitioners are absent.
5. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
Order Date :- 26.4.2018 Swati
