Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the post of Lecturer (Civics) in S.A. Inter College, Khapardeeh, Faizabad, is required to be filled by way of promotion. The respondents, however, are filling the post by way of direct recruitment of respondent no.6.
It transpires that the selection process has already been concluded. In this regard, reference has been made to Annexure-12, dated 08.9.2011.
Let counter affidavit be filed.
Sri Arvind Kumar Srivastava, Advocate, has put in appearance for respondent no.6.
Sri H.S. Jain, Advocate, has put in appearance for respondent no.5.
Let notice be issued to respondent no.4, returnable in four weeks.
Joining of respondent no.6 in the college shall remain subject to final decision of the writ petition.
