None appears for the petitioner to press this petition.
The petitioner, who is the complainant, has filed this writ petition for a direction to the Investigating Officer to conduct the investigation of the First Information Report registered as Case Crime No. 572 of 2020, under Sections 363/366 I.P.C., Police Station Maigalganj, District Lakhimpur Kheri, in a fair and transparent manner.
Affidavit filed in compliance of the order dated 18.1.2021 is taken on record.
Learned AGA has submitted that abducted girl has been recovered on 28.01.2021 and the accused persons named in the aforesaid case has been arrested.
In view of the statement of the learned AGA, the writ petition is disposed of.
