By means of this writ petition, the petitioners have come to this Court raising a grievance that their application for reference under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, read with Section 18 (2) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1984 is pending before the Collector, District Bareilly, respondent no. 2 and it has not been forwarded to the appropriate Authority.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observations that in case, any such application of the petitioners is pending, the same be considered and appropriate steps be taken in accordance with law.
