This petition has been filed by the petitioner Dinesh Chandra Trivedi with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned to produce the progress report and case dairy of the case crime No. 339 of 2013 under section 420 IPC and section 13(i) D of the prevention of Corruption Act, P.S. Dalmau, District Raebareli.
The prayer sought by the petitioner may not be allowed because at this stage investigation is pending, it is directed that in case the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the investigation, the same may be raised before S.P. Raebareli who shall look into the matter so that fair investigation of this case may be ensured.
Accordingly this petition is finally disposed of.
