Let notice be issued to the respondent No. 4.
On the next date of listing petitioners and respondent no. 4 shall appear in person to find whether the controversy may be relegated to the Mediation Centre or not.
Subject to deposit of Rs. 10,000/- by the petitioners within a week, petitioners shall not be arrested till the next date of listing in Case Crime No. 773 of 2010 under Sections 323, 504, 506 & 498-A IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Kotwali Rai Bareilly, district Rai Bareilly.
