Petitioner's complaint filed against the respondent no.4 appears to have been rejected.
Admittedly none of the petitioner's individual rights are infringed. The objection of the petitioner appears to be more in the nature of public interest and once the authorities have not found any substance in it, this Court would not be inclined to interfere with such order. The issue raised need not be examined at the instance of present petitioner, particularly as he has no locus in the matter. A writ petition in the nature of public interest would otherwise not be entertained in service matter.
Writ petition, accordingly, is dismissed.
