Heard Sri Surendra Nath Dubey for the petitioner and Standing Counsel for State.
The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing respondent-2 to take action against respondents- 3 and 4 to implement the order dated 28/31.10.2017.
Since respondents - 3 and 4 are not statutory authority as such mandamus (which is indirectly against respondents - 3 and 4 ) cannot be issued by this Court.
The petitioner is given liberty to move an application before the prescribed authority, respondent-2, who shall pass an appropriate order in this respect.
