Heard Sri Saurabh for the petitioner and Miss Harshita Rani for respondents.
The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondents to pay the salary to the petitioner at par his juniors.
It has been stated that initially the petitioner was appointed as Majdoor and later on he was promoted as Assistant Grade III (Technical). Junior of the petitioner are getting more salary than the petitioner. The petitioner has moved a representation in this respect, which is pending before General Manager, India Government Mint, respondent-3.
The writ petition is disposed of with direction to General Manager, India Government Mint, respondent-3 to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before the authority concerned.
