When a notice was issued under Section 10(2) of the U.P. Imposition of Ceiling on Land Holdings Act, 1960, the petitioner filed an Appeal on 29.12.2020 being Appeal No.C202005000001335 which was accompanied by an application for interim relief.
Grievance of the petitioner is that no order was being passed on the application for interim relief despite the passage of a fairly long time.
Under such circumstances, it is being directed that the application for interim relief which was filed along with the Appeal being Appeal No.C202005000001335, be disposed of within a period of three weeks from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. Copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With these observations/directions, the writ petition stands disposed.
