DAVE Date : 05/09/2012 COMMON ORAL ORDER In view of pendency of Letters Patent Appeal No.80 of 2011, arising out of rejection of Special Civil Application No.1660 of 2010 in which the order dated 27.6.2006 passed by the Gujarat State Cooperative Tribunal, Ahmedabad, in Review Application No.37 of 2001 in Appeal No.171 of 1995 was under challenge, whereas, the present two matters arise out of the order dated 18.1.2010 passed by the learned Judge, Court No.7, City Civil Court Ahmedabad, in Execution Petition No.6 of 2009, it is advisable to adjourn both matters sine die, keeping it open for the parties to file a note for listing of both matters after the decision in Letters Patent Appeal No.80 of 2011. Interim relief granted earlier to continue till further orders.
