Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a bona-fide purchaser of the subject property for which earlier a civil dispute was pending but, at the same time, the transaction qua the applicant was entered into by the power of attorney of Ayodhya Atarnarayansing and the said power of attorney is not dispute.
In view of the above, issue notice returnable on 11.4.2012.
Ad-interim relief in terms of paragraph 10(C).
Learned APP waives service on behalf of the State.
Direct service is permitted qua the private respondent.
