Order on Civil Misc. Correction Application No. 21 of 2021
This correction application has been filed praying for the correction in the order dated 21.09.2021 and prayer has been made that in place of "respondents" the sentence "plaintiff- appellant no. 1 / 1, namely, Anand Kumar Dubey and 1/2 namely, Santosh Kumar Dubey (heirs and legal representative of the deceased appellant, Deena Nath)".
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 21.09.2021 stands corrected to the above extent.
This order shall be treated as part of the order dated 21.09.2021.
