2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 03.03.1993 passed by IVth Additional Sessions Judge, Gorakhpur in Criminal Revision No.16 of 1993 whereby revision has been allowed and order dated 03.07.1991 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gorakhpur summoning accused-respondents under Section 500 IPC, has been set aside.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
